Carnival Float parade will be held in Panaji on Saturday, Feb 13. The decision was taken after meeting with Tourism Minister Babu Azgaonkar yesterday informed CCP Mayor Uday Madkaikar. The float parade will follow the old route from Divja Circle to Kala Academy, he added. Carnival Celebration will be held in the capital for four days from Feb 13 to Feb 16, by following all govt laid SOPs, he said further.
