Vasco: Vasco police have registered a case following a complaint by Sharnappagouda Bhavi of New Vaddem regarding the suspected unnatural death of his wife, Basamma Bhavi, on December 23, 2025, at Flat No. 5, Sidhivinayak Building near Sai Baba Temple.
The complaint names three accused — Deepa Masagatti, Ramesh Masagatti, and Mallesh Bisrelli, all from New Vaddem — alleging they acted with common intent to push the victim towards taking her own life, reportedly linked to suspicion of an extramarital affair.
PSI Prisly Carvalho of Vasco Police Station is conducting further investigation.
