ANJUNA: Anjuna Police have booked a case of criminal trespass following a complaint lodged by Surjit Lamba, Director of Tabeer Hospitality Pvt. Ltd.
Police said the incident occurred on August 30, 2025, at Survey No. 509/1A, Anamia Gaonwadi, Anjuna, where the complainant alleged that Achin Khanna, authorised signatory of Kal El Hotel & Resorts LLP, engaged Sudha Shriniwas, manager of the firm, to take possession of Analogue Restaurant.
Shriniwas, along with labourers, allegedly entered the premises during the afternoon hours with the intention of taking over the restaurant.
Based on the complaint, Anjuna Police registered Crime No. 117/2025 under Section 329(4) read with 3(5) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita (BNS) on September 1, 2025.
Further investigation is being carried out by PSI Saish Shetgaonkar.
