PONDA: Chandan Naik is elected unopposed as Sarpanch of Durbhat ,Adpoi , Agapur Panchayat. The post of sarpanch was vacant due to the resignation of Sarpanch Kshipra Adpaikar of this panchayat.
On Friday morning, when the election was held for the post of Sarpanch, Chandan Naik filed the sole candidature for the post of Sarpanch, so he was elected unopposed .
Deputy Sarpanch Shivdas Gaude , Gauresh Naik, Krishna Naik, Amrita Naik, Deepa Naik and Kshipra Adpaikar were present in the meeting.
