CM said that Bhausaheb Bandodkar laid the foundation of modern Goa with a focus on Primary Education & Healthcare till the last mile. CM said that Bhausaheb Bandodkar’s contribution & wisdom shall continue to inspire generations to dedicate for the development of the state.
