CANACONA: The Prabhu Group with Prabhu Realtors, under their hospitality company Sunnyvale Resort Holdngs LLP, and with its management partners Sarovar Hotels, have launched their second luxury property in Goa, the Cloud 9 Sarovar Premiere at Palolem on Saturday.
The grand launch event was a spectacular affair, with the Prabhu Group and Sarovar Hotels team comprising of Amit Prabhu and Regional Director Sanjeev Shekhar unveiling the resort’s logo and conducting a ribbon-cutting ceremony, besides lighting of traditional Lamp in the presence of friends, family and staff.
Guests enjoyed a memorable day filled with live music, dance performances and a stunning sundowner. The property’s exceptional hospitality and meticulous attention in detail were evident throughout the event, with attendees praising the resort for its perfect combination of luxury and natural beauty. Guests were given an exclusive tours of the property, showcasing its luxurious rooms, event spaces, and world class amenities. Cloud 9 Sarovar Premiere, a 5-star resort comes following the success of their first venture, Sobit Sarovar Portico in the heart of Palolem beach coast.
Speaking at the launch event MD Amit Prabhu shared his deep connection with Palolem,’ in 2002, when I saw Palolem, I immediately fell in love with its beauty, vibe and culture,. I promised myself that I would definitely promote it to t he World. First Sobit, and now Cloud 9 is our second venture in Palolem. The vision aims to showcase Palolem’s serene charm to both domestic and international travelers.’

The six storeyed main building consists of 108 room, giving an all exclusive Ocean View rooms, Superior rooms, Valley rooms, and Suite rooms alongside a pub serving amazing cocktails, mocktails and variety of liqueurs.. Besides offering a Luxurious Spa, a Swimming Pool, Gym, and other modern amenities to ensure a relaxing stay, the property features two halls –a banquet hall and conference hall, each accommodation 500 people each and spread across 4,000 sq.ft capable of hosting 3 to 4 events simultaneously, making it perfect for destination weddings and corporate events.
Cloud 9 offers complimentary transfers to Palolem and Rajbag Beaches, even as the addition of 50 super deluxe rooms and activity rooms for children and elderly will bring the total count to 158 rooms in its future expansion plans. Kayaking and Boating facilities are likely to be introduced in the second phase.
