Governor Malik took off for Meghalaya from the INS Hansa Navy base in Dabolim via an Indian Airforce aircraft.
Two weeks after the Goa Governor Satya Pal Malik took on the Goa Chief Minister Dr Pramod Sawant head on the COVID management issue, the Raj Bhavan resident has been transferred to Meghalaya.
The order issued by President of India Ram Nath Kovind said that Shri Satya Pal Malik, Governor of Goa is transferred and appointed as Meghalaya.
