Expressing shock over Margao murder, Chief Minister Dr Pramod Sawant, who tested positive for COVID19 this morning, said that stern action would be taken against guilty.
In a tweet, Sawant said that he was shocked by the tragic incident at the jewellery outlet in Margao today.
“I have spoken to DGP & SP South Goa, and asked them to investigate the incident and arrest the culprits at the earliest,” he said.
He further says that the government will ensure that stern action is taken and the guilty are brought to justice.
“My deepest sympathies are with the family of the victim in this difficult time,” he says.
