CORLIM: During the BJP’s Zilla Panchayat campaign in Corlim, Chief Minister Dr Pramod Sawant emphasized that BJP leaders are “in politics to serve people, not make money,” highlighting the party’s commitment to governance over personal gain.
He pointed to the party’s development track record since 2012 and assured that all unauthorised houses under the Mhaje Ghar scheme will be regularised before the 2027 Assembly elections, providing relief to long-waiting families.
Sawant also underlined ongoing welfare initiatives, including Griha Aadhar and Ladli Laxmi, which continue to provide monthly financial support to economically weaker households across Goa.
The CM framed these efforts as evidence that BJP governance prioritizes public welfare over personal enrichment, reinforcing the party’s message of service-driven politics.
