PORVORIM:In a gathering that underscored the spirit of collaboration and dedication, Chief Minister Dr. Pramod Sawant recently attended the BJP Karyakarta Melava Programme in Alto Pilerne, Saligao. The event, held in late fall, highlighted the critical efforts of BJP party workers across various sectors. It was here that Dr. Sawant expressed his commendation for Saligao MLA Kedar Naik’s persistent commitment to improving the lives of his constituents, hinting at potential future recognition of his contributions.
Chief Minister Dr. Pramod Sawant addressed the event alongside important figures such as BJP Goa President Damu Naik, BJP North Goa President Dayanand Karbotkar, and local BJP leaders. Dr. Sawant specifically lauded MLA Kedar Naik for spearheading initiatives that aim to make Pilerne Village the first Swayampurna Village in Goa, a model of self-sufficiency and development under the government’s schemes. Additionally, he commended all BJP workers in Saligao for their unwavering commitment in ensuring that government benefits reach every citizen, particularly in areas such as infrastructure, education, agriculture, industrial development, and social welfare.
