FATORDA: Welcoming Chief Minister Pramod Sawant’s statement to unravel the investment scam and arrest the accused from London, Goa Forward chief Vijai Sardesai has said the Chief Minister should not try to defame him nor divert the jobs-for-cash scam case by harping on the investment scam.
Moments after the Chief Minister vowed to get to the bottom of the investment scam, right from Fatorda to London, Sardesai dared the Chief Minister to deny that he did approach him several times to nab the accused involved in the investment scam.
“Let the Chief Minister deny that I did not raise the issue in the Goa Legislative Assembly. Let the CM deny that I was not following up the issue with the CM’s OSD. Let the CM deny that I did not call on him at least 20 times to issue a notice to get the accused from London,” he said.
