THIVIM: The Chief Minister Dr. Pramod Sawant launched State wide Goa Outreach programme ‘Sarkar Tumachya Dari’ -Government at Your Doorstep, at a function held at Ram Vidya Mandir, Colvale Bardez today.
Under Goa outreach programme counters of various Departments were setup to provide and inform public about various services, schemes, programmes, implemented by the Government for the welfare of people.
The Chief Minister Dr. Sawant said that Government intends to reach out to the last person in the society. The programme Government at Your Step was launched as we are celebrating Azadi Ka Amrut Mahotsav and Sixty years of Goa Liberation. The Schemes around 152 different services are uploaded on Government portal for the welfare of people. The aim is to provide services to the people of Goa under one roof. He appreciated the Swayampurna Mitras for working with dedication for the welfare of peoples.
The Chief Minister also said that under Start up policy the Government strives to secure future of our youth. He appealed to the Stakeholders of the Goverment to work sincerely to avail Government schemes to the peole of Goa. He also urged the people to cooperate with Government to make Goa State to be the first State to complete second dose of vaccination.
MLA Nilkanth Halarnkar said that the Chief Minister is working hard to take State on the path of progress. He has provided various health care facilities and succeeded in taking out State from dreaded Corona pandemic. He has implemented various schemes, programmes in the interest of people which shows his dedication towards the peoples of Goa.
