
NEW DELHI: Chief minister Dr Pramod Sawant, who met Prime Minister Narendra Modi today in new delhi today, said that he is hopeful of a positive outcome on mining issue in the coming days.
Dr Sawant also met Union Minister of Mines Pralhad Joshi along with the Secretary Minister to discuss the mining matter at length.
Taking it to social media, Chief Minister Dr Pramod Sawant informed that he had a fruitful discussion on various matters including mining with the Prime Minister.
“Called on Prime Minister Narendra modi in New Delhi today. Had fruitful discussion on various matters including mining,” Sawant said
He said “Later, met the Union Minister of Mines Pralhad Joshi along with the Secretary Minister to discuss the mining matter at length. We are hopeful of a positive outcome in the coming days,”
This is the first meeting with the PM after the lockdown and various issues were discussed including Financial status and mining resumption.
Chief Minister Dr Pramod Sawant had left for Delhi yesterday night.
