PANJIM: Chief Minister Dr Pramod Sawant today said that Covid situation in Goa is under control and that no separate SoPs for travellers as of now.
CM also said that Prime Minister Narendra Modi has asked states to be prepared for vaccine which might be available from January 2021.
PM today held an interaction with CMs of 7 states over Covid-19 situation.
During the meeting concerns were raised about rising Covid cases in Maharashtra, Kerala, Delhi and West Bengal.
“The Covid situation in Goa is under control and there is no need for change in SoPs for travellers intending to come to the state,” CM Sawant said
Meanwhile, CM said that states with cold atompshere and high level of pollution are more vulnerable to covid infection.
