MARGAO: Chief Minister Dr. Pramod Sawant has now got an opportunity to take another Bold step & Clean Bowled the direct Recruitments in Margao Municipal Council & conduct them under Staff Selection Commission. How come Recruitment Process of Goa State Pollution Control Board, IPHB, Kadamba & others are ongoing sidelining Staff Selection Commissoon & Goa Public Service Commission? GPSC & SSC should be the only gateways for Government Recruitments at all levels, stated Youth Leader Prabhav Naik.
Reacting to the statement made by Chief Minister Dr. Pramod Sawant during his interview to a news channel, Prabhav Naik urged the Chief Minister to live up to the expectations of educated unemployed youth to bring transperancy in recruitments at all levels.
If Chief Minister Dr. Pramod Sawant says that Staff Selection Commission is policy decision of Prime Minister Narendra Modi, why some Government Departments are undertaking recruitments directly and why Chief Minister is not stopping them? asked Prabhav Naik.
I have noticed Clause 9 of an advertisment of High Court of Mumbai at Goa which states that Candidate applying for Clerks post should not have more than 2 children. Is this clause incorporated taking note of alleged napotism in recruitments of LDC posts in Margao Municipal Council? questioned Prabhav Naik.
This is an opportunity for the Chief Minister Dr. Pramod Sawant to walk the talk and bring in an ordinace to get all Government Recruitments including those of Local Self Administration Bodies, Various Boards, Corporations etc under Goa Public Service Commission and Goa Staff Selection Commission, said Prabhav Naik.
I once again urge the Chief Minister Dr. Pramod Sawant to act on my Letter sent to him on 8th November 2024 and stop the “Support for Job” scam which is in the making wherein close aids of local Councillors are likely to be appointed as LDCs. I want to remind him of the “Sealed Envelope” which i have declared to open once names for LDC posts are selected, said Prabhav Naik.
