Chief Minister, Dr. Pramod Sawant underscored the need to encourage the common man approach the department and financial institutions for availing maximum benefit of those schemes meant for their welfare.
These scheme, he said, will help them to become self reliant and suggested to work out a mechanism to extend and reach these schemes to common man at grass root level.
Chief Minister, Dr. Pramod Sawant chaired a meeting of stakeholders from industrial and Agricultural sector to review and simplify procedures under the initiative of Atmanirbhar Bharat the called the Paryatan Bhavan Patto.
Dr. Sawant urged upon the stakeholders to examine all applications with a humane touch and make them feel at home so that feel free to approach them in case of any difficulty at a latter stage.
The applications should be disposed in a time bound manner to move in the desired direction with zeal and to motivate others to follow suit.
The objective of the meeting is to review various schemes are being implemented through Government Departments and banks like NABARD, State bank of India, Goa State Bank Cooperative Bank Ltd. and others.
The schemes like Mudra Shishu loan, PM street Vendor’s Atmanirbhar Bharat (PM SVA-Nidhi), Pradhan Mantri Awas Yojana etc. were discussed in the meeting.
Secretary to CM, J. Ashok Kumar IAS; Secretary, Agriculture, Kuldeep Singh Gangar IAS; Director, Animal Husbandary & Veterinary Services Dr. Santosh Desai; Dy. Manager RBI, Smt Minaxi Gad, APO, GSUDA Sandesh Sail, Director Dept. Urban Development Tariq Thomas IAS, Officials of SIDBI and HUDCO were among those who attended the meeting.
