PANAJI: Goa Chief Minister Dr. Pramod Sawant has ordered a formal inquiry into the recent student deaths at BITS Goa, entrusting the investigation to a committee headed by the North Goa Collector.
“Committee has been established under the Collector to conduct a thorough inquiry; will review the committee’s report and subsequently issue directives to implement further preventive measures,” said CM
The CM also said the probe would be thorough and transparent, stressing the government’s priority of student safety and welfare.
