PANAJI: North Goa Collectorate today has requisitioned 5 cottages (20 rooms) at Miramar Residency under the Disaster Management Act.
“In exercise of powers vested in me under Section 65 of Disaster Management Act, 2005. I the undersigned Ajit Roy, IAS. Collector, District Magistrate and Chairman, Disaster Management Authority. North Goa District hereby requisition the below mentioned premises with immediate effect.
The concerned Head of the Residency shall place the possession of the said premises to the Deputy Collector & SDM, Tiswadi with immediate effect.
Failure to comply with this order shall be violation of the provisions of the Disaster Management Act, 2005 and the Officer concerned shall be liable for punishment in terms of provisions of Section 57 of the said Act.
