ASSAGAO: A complaint has been lodged at the Village Panchayat of Assagao against Pooja Sharma for the unauthorized demolition of a house and objection to granting permission to Pradeep Agarwadekar and Prishna Agarwadekar for constructing a house situated at H. No. 102/1, Ganga Tiles Factory, Bairo, Alto-Assagao, Bardez – Goa, on the property bearing Survey No. 135/1-A of Village Assagao, Bardez – Goa.
The complainants, Kashinath Jairam Shetye, Krishna Pandit, and Desmond Alvares, have notified about the complaint against Mrs. Pooja Sharma for the unauthorized partial demolition of the house.
They also object to granting any permission to Pradeep Agarwadekar and Prishna Agarwadekar to construct a house at the mentioned location without the necessary legal documents including title/ownership, license/permission/NOC, conversion sanad, and approved plans.
Furthermore, the complainants oppose the issuance or renewal of any construction/repair/renovation license or permission in the names of Mrs. Pooja Sharma, Mr. Pradeep Agarwadekar, and Mrs. Prishna Agarwadekar. They have urged for prompt and immediate action against the aforementioned individuals to refrain from issuing any licenses/permissions/NOC.
Additionally, they have requested to disconnect the electricity and water connections, recover all charges/taxes/fees/penalties, and demolish the illegal construction to restore the land to its original use at the earliest.
