The Session Court Building whose Roof was blown away a few months back is also an example of the “Corrupt Governance of BJP”, said Amarnath Panjikar.
Chief Justice of India D Y Chandrachud mentioned that the Blindfold is removed and the Constitution of India has replaced the Sword as a significant change to the “Statue of Justice”. I hope the Judiciary follows the symbolic change in Letter and Spirit and does not allow “Khullam Khulla” violations of Law and Constitution, said Amarnath Panjikar.
