PANAJI: District Magistrate has directed to all the concerned organization / Institution, Departments, Government – grants aided Schools, Higher Secondaries, Colleges of South Goa District who have not constituted the internal committee under the Sexual Harassment of Women at workplace (Prevention, prohibition and Redressal) Act, 2013 (POSH Act), to constitute the Internal Committee as per provision of the Provision of Sexual Harassment (POSH) Act 2013 on or before December 16, 2024.
