The Goa Police Crime Branch on Tuesday raided a gambling den in a flat at Abhiyant valley, Khorlim Mapusa and arrested three persons alongwith cash of Rs 4.9 lakhs.
According to information the den was operated by Ashok Naik alias mama on behalf of suspected person.
Three individuals arrested were – Vipul Nerulkar, Sunil Chavan and Adav Dsouza.
Further investigation on to reveal chain of individuals and their main influential conspirator involved on this illegal trade
All accused have been released on bail
Sources further revealed that the flat belongs to ex MLA Kiran Kandolkar.
