In the 10th minute, Guirdolim’s Santan unleashed a powerful shot from inside the box that rattled the crossbar, narrowly missing an early lead. Areal responded strongly, and in the 38th minute, Brasel had a clear chance but his right-footed attempt from close range went wide of the post.
The decisive moment came in the 60th minute when Joaquim of Guirdolim struck a thunderous shot from 30 yards out. The ball soared past the Areal goalkeeper and crashed into the net, giving Guirdolim a vital lead. Despite late pressure from Setting Boys Areal, Guirdolim held firm in defense to seal the win.
Joaquim’s stunning long-range effort proved to be the match-winner, sending Daddy Boys Guirdolim into the last eight of the prestigious tournament.
