PONDA: Damodar Higher Secondary School Margao bagged the First Prize in 25th All Goa Inter Higher Secondary School Quiz Competition, held at Rajiv Gandhi Kala Mandir, Ponda.
The All Goa Level Inter High School Quiz Competition was organized by the Parents Teachers Association of GVM’s Smt Nellu Joildo Aguiyar Higher Secondary School at Farmagudi Ponda.
Present for the function were Chief guest Bhagirath Sheyte Chairman for Goa Board of Secondary and Higher Secondary, Michael D’Souza IAS and Vigilance Department Chief, CEO for Shriram Infotech Sameer Kinlekar, GVM`s President Bhaskar Khndeparkar, Working Committee President Krishna Shetye, Parent Teacher Association President Raghunath Sakordekar, Principal Anita Bandodkar, Quizmaster Dr Wilson Vaz, Parent Teacher Association Secretary Ramakrishna Bhat were present.
The second prize was awarded to Sharda Temple Panaji while 3rd was given to St. Xavier Mapusa while 4th prize was given to Dhempe High Secondary Kujira. A total of 28 High Schools from Goa Total Participated in Primary Round 94 groups, while all together, 188 Students Participated. Madelia Dias compared while Ramkrishna Bhat proposed a vote of thanks.
