PANAJI: BJP Goa President Damu Naik lauded Operation Sindoor, a large-scale military strike reportedly carried out by Indian armed forces targeting nine major terrorist camps across Pakistan and Pakistan-Occupied Kashmir.
In a statement, Naik described the operation as a bold and historic response to the recent Pahalgam terror attack, in which Hindu pilgrims were selectively targeted and killed.
“Bharat has responded with strength and precision,” Naik said, crediting Prime Minister Narendra Modi’s leadership and the courage of the armed forces for what he called a “firm declaration of war against terrorism and its sponsors.”
According to the statement, the camps were stretched from Bahawalpur to Muzaffarabad and were described as being actively supported by the Pakistani state.
Naik also extended gratitude to the Indian Army, Navy, Air Force, and
narishakti (women power) for their roles in the operation, while offering prayers for the safety of all soldiers.
He emphasized that India would no longer tolerate terror in any form and had sent a strong message to the world through this decisive action.
