CANACONA: Joint Secretary of Defence Ministry Rajiv Prakash is on his personal visit to the State (Goa), today interacted with Shristhal Biodiversity Management Committee (BMC) at Canacona and visited Cotigao Wildlife Sanctuary.
Incidentally, Shristhal BMC received the Jt. Scy Rajiv Prakash at Eco-Tourism Centre at Hattipal on Tuesday. BMC Chairman Vinay Tubki welcomed presenting a bouquet of flowers to him, while BMC active member Shirish Pai gave detailed information about the functioning of BMC. Thereafter the team alongwith Shristhal BMC visited Butterfly Garden, Fish Aquarium at Hathipal and Cotigao Wildlife Sanctuary.
BMC Secretary/Shristhal VP Secretary Sushant Lolienkar, Members Anjali Gaonkar, Tejas Naik Gaonkar, Range Forest Officer Anand Metri, besides Amit Kumar and Abhishek Kumar from Goa Shipyard were also accompanied and had interactions with the Defence Jt. Secretary Rajiv prakash.
