PANAJI: In a shocking incident, a Russian National detained by Pernem Police for creating a ruckus died while being taken to the IPHB.
As per information, the Russian was detained for creating ruckus in the locality in Pernem.
Police had initially taken the Russian national to the local PHC, where he was behaving very violently
Later, after due checking, the PHC referred him to IPHB.
As per SP North, the exact cause of death will be ascertained by post-mortem:
