PANAJI: The first meeting of the District Development Coordination and Monitoring Committee (DISHA) for the year 2025-26 was held at Panaji under the chairmanship of Union MoS for Power, Shripad Naik.
Commissioner-cum-Secretary (Revenue) Sandip Jaques, IAS, and Member Secretary, Collector (North Goa) Ankit Yadav, IAS, were present, along with heads and representatives of various line departments and public representatives from different local bodies.
The committee reviewed the progress of multiple centrally sponsored schemes and discussed strategies for effective implementation to ensure timely delivery of benefits to the people.
