Dharbandora: The District Level Committee (DLC) meeting of Kushavati District was chaired by Ms. Egna Cleetus, IAS, Collector, to deliberate on claims submitted by the Sub-Divisional Level Committee (SDLC), Dharbandora Taluka, under the Forest Rights Act, 2006.
A total of 116 claims pertaining to Sangod, Aglot, Shigao and Surla villages of Dharbandora Taluka were taken up for consideration during the meeting.
The Committee reviewed the applications in accordance with the provisions of the Forest Rights Act, 2006, ensuring due scrutiny and verification as per the prescribed guidelines. Further action on the claims will be taken as per the recommendations and decisions of the Committee.
