PANAJI: Tech Savvy Hub, the IT Club of Don Bosco College, Panjim in collaboration with its Department of Computer Applications organised a talk on ‘Best Practices in the IT Sector’.
The talk was attended by the Second and Third Year BCA students, along with the faculty members, namely Mr Shantanu Arlekar and Ms Sana Shaikh. Assistant Professor Rohan Kerkar introduced the Guest Speaker, Mr Pranay Vernekar. During his talk, Mr Vernekar spoke on various topics related to the IT Sector, including the relevance of IT in day-to-day life, programming languages, SWOT analysis and various job positions that are in high demand. He reminded students that the best practices in IT should evolve with technology to ensure sustainability, security and growth. The participants conveyed their gratitude for the valuable knowledge they gained.
