PANAJI: The Office of the State Registrar–cum–Head of Notary Services has informed that District Registrar Dr. Gouresh Bugde of the Registration Department has been appointed as the Liaison Officer for members belonging to Scheduled Castes (SCs), Scheduled Tribes (STs), Persons with Disabilities (PwDs), Other Backward Classes (OBCs), Ex-servicemen and Economically Weaker Sections (EWS).
In his capacity as Liaison Officer, Dr. Bugde will coordinate with the concerned authorities and ensure compliance with all relevant instructions and guidelines pertaining to these categories.
The appointment is aimed at strengthening institutional mechanisms and ensuring effective implementation of policies and directives related to welfare and service matters concerning the specified sections.
