Panaji: Drishti Marine lifesavers and beach marshals participated in the Republic Day celebrations at Colva beach, where the National Flag was hoisted at the lifesaving tower, symbolising the agency’s commitment to public safety along Goa’s coastline.
The lifesavers stood shoulder-to-shoulder with their rescue vehicles and critical equipment during the celebrations, reflecting the spirit of duty, discipline and service that defines their lifesaving role.
On the occasion of Republic Day, Delilah Lobo, MLA of the Siolim Constituency, presented tokens of appreciation to Drishti Marine lifesavers at the Siolim Coastal Security Police Station, acknowledging their dedication to safeguarding lives along Goa’s coastline.
