HYDERABAD: Hyderabad JMFC Court has granted 14 days of judicial custody to Hill Top Goa owner for his involvement in one of the NDPS cases.
John Steven D’Souza is the owner of the Hill Top restaurant at Anjuna, next to the Sunburn Goa venue.
The Hyderabad cops led by Sreedhar Reddy – Police Inspector (Detection), Osmania University Police Station, Hyderabad City, Telangana State, arrested two persons, John Stephen D’Souza aka Steve, involved and named in CR No 374/2022 u/s 8C, 22(C) and section 27 of the NDPS Act.
The Hyderabad cops have been searching for the accused for the last few days but were unable to locate them.
The Mapusa JMFC court accordingly adjourned the hearing on the application for a transit remand by the Hyderabad police for Thursday and directed them to file a health status report of the accused.
