MAPUSA: Anjuna police have registered a case against a scooter rider and pillion rider for alleg- edly abandoning kittens in the jungle near the garbage dump area at Ganeshpuri, Mapusa.
The complaint was lodged by Dexter Braganza, exec- utive secretary of the District Society for the Pre- vention of Cruelty to Animals (North Goa), against the duo.
The complainant alleged that the riders committed mischief by chief by abandoning the kittens in the jungle, causing them to suffer and failing to provide necessary care.
