PONDA: Encube’s Ethical Private Limited, a Company engaged in the production of pharmaceuticals at Marcaim Industrial Estate, today launched an in-house Industrial Kitchen called ” Naivedya ” at its Manufacturing plant at Marcaim to serve free food to employees and other stakeholders. The Kitchen was inaugurated by Jyothi Sardesai (Director of Goa, FDA) and Madhusudan Shah (Chairman Encube).
Jyoti Sardesai observed, “Encube has taken a noble cause of having an in-house kitchen with quality and safety of food being of paramount importance. I wish Encube best as they work towards successful operations, which will be an inspiration to other companies to emulate in times to come.”
Speaking on occasion, Mehul Shah ( Managing Director, Encube) said, “Encube developed this in-house Kitchen for providing nutrition in every portion. We always serve everyone coming to our plant with caring hospitality. Naivedya is our humble effort to ensure quality and safety apart from nutrition and freshness.”
Built over 5,300 sq.ft. with state-of-the-art infrastructure and machinery, Naivedya is the largest industrial Kitchen constructed and operated by a company in their premises in Goa. To envisage and execute such a kitchen with industry-leading technology stemmed from the vision of Madhusudan Shah to provide employees with fresh, nutritious food.
Naivedya would serve 1,000 meals every day and is scalable to serve more than 2,500 meals across breakfast , lunch , dinner , evening snacks, and night snacks.
