Cuncolim: F.C. Siolim stormed into the final of the 1st All Goa Inter Village Mansion House Football Cup 2025 with a resounding 5-1 win over Rossman Cruz, Nagoa, in the first semifinal at the Cuncolim ground.
Siolim dominated from the start, racing to a 4-0 lead by halftime. Mayuresh Naik opened the scoring in the 12th minute before Pushpraj Mandrekar doubled the advantage. Joel Fernandes capitalized on a rebound to make it 3-0, while Gaurav Vaingankar’s header from a corner sealed a ruthless first half.
In the second half, Naik struck again in the 34th minute to complete his brace, putting Siolim firmly in control at 5-0. Rossman Cruz managed a consolation through Rayson Calado in the 38th minute, assisted by Ajay Satodkar and Roydon Rego, but their fightback ended there.
Siolim’s Mayuresh Naik was named Mansion House Man of the Match for his double strike and relentless attacking display. The award was presented by Mr. Desmond Vaz, Treasurer of Rising Club Savorcotto.
Siolim now await the winners of the second semifinal to contest the final.
