CHOPDEM: Pernem police has registered an FIR against five Delhi natives for allegedly fabricating multiple fake sale deeds for Survey No. 31/1, 31/6, 31/7, 31/8 in Village Chopdem, under the jurisdiction of the Agarwada Village Panchayat in North Goa.
As per the information, the accused have been identified as Rahul Sharma, Samrity Sharma, Atul Singh Tewatia, Vishal Garg, and Jitender Kumar.
They have been booked for multiple forgery offences under IPC Sections 465,467,468,471,420,120B r/w 34 of the Indian Penal Code (IPC).
The accused individuals allegedly fabricated multiple fake sale deeds for Survey No. 31/1, 31/6, 31/7, and 31/8 in Village Chopdem, under the jurisdiction of the Agarwada Village Panchayat in North Goa.
The property in question is owned by M/s Eco Promoter Private Limited.
The accused individual’s address is 7/17, Second Floor, Sarvapriya Vihar, South Delhi.
