PANJIM: Former BJP MLA Kiran Kandolkar along with his wife and daughter today have tested postive for Covid-19.
“My wife , daughter and I have tested positive for corona virus rapid test. Those who have come in contact with us over the past 4 days, get yourself tested.” posted Khandolkar on his Facebook profile
He said, my son Shubham, Namdev Mandrekar and driver Sachin are negative.We have opted for home quarantine.”
BJP MLA Nilkanth Halarnkar, former Deputy Chief Minister Sudin Dhavalikar had also tested positive. Another BJP MLA, Clafasio Dias, who was the first MLA to test positive for Covid-19 last month, was hospitalised for more than two weeks.
Also, Union Minister for AYUSH Shripad Naik is currently admitted to a private hospital.
