PONDA: Ponda Police had arrested four accused in connection with assault on one Citizen. The Offence has been registered under u/s 504, 325, 506(ii) r/w 34 IPC by Ponda Police.
Those Accused arrested are namely Mr. Abhishek Naik, age 30 yrs, Omkar @ Picklet Naik age 23 yrs , Saish Sawant, age 19 yrs and Arjun Honnikol, age 23 yrs r/o Panditwada, Ponda has been arrested..
According to Ponda Police Mrs. Namita Mazgaonkar wife of victim Navesh Mazgaonkar from Panditwada Ponda Goa who is the wife of the victim had filed complaint.
According to Police accused persons with their common intention abused the complainant and her husband namely Mr. Navesh Mazgaonkar in filthy language, further accused persons Abhishek and Picklet assaulted the husband of the complainant with fist blows and slaps thus sustaining fracture injuries on his cheek and chin and further threatened him with dire consequences
