PONDA: The Goa Energy Development Agency (GEDA) will organise an awareness and publicity campaign on the PM Surya Ghar scheme on February 16, 2026, at Rajiv Kala Mandir from 9:30 am to 1:30 pm.
The programme aims to enhance awareness among stakeholders and beneficiaries regarding the implementation of renewable energy schemes, accelerate the adoption and saturation of PM Surya Ghar, and highlight success stories under the flagship initiative. The event will also serve as a platform to strengthen inter-departmental coordination and showcase collaborative governance in promoting renewable energy and sustainable agricultural practices across the State.
Chief Minister Pramod Sawant will grace the occasion as the Chief Guest, while Minister for Power and New & Renewable Energy Sudin Dhavalikar will attend as the Guest of Honour.
Officials, beneficiaries, and representatives from various departments are expected to participate in the programme.
