PANAJI: The Goa Forest Development Corporation Limited (GFDC) has invited individuals and self-help groups (SHGs) to participate in the auction for collection of cashew nuts and cashew apples from GFDC-managed plantations across the state. The registration for bidders will be held from October 15 to 31, 2025, at the GFDC Range Office, Shelar, Canacona, with forms available for a non-refundable fee of Rs. 500 plus GST. The bidding process will take place from November 1 to 12, 2025, at the GFDC Range Office, Forest Colony, Quepem, through sealed tenders, accepting applications from both individuals and SHGs. Tender boxes will be placed at each range office, and bids will be opened in the presence of bidders at 11 a.m. on November 12 at Canacona, November 14 at Morlem, November 18 at Quepem, and November 20 at Ponda.
