PANAJI: Goa Union of Journalists (GUJ) President Rajtilak Naik clarified that the viral video of Dr. Rudresh Kuttikar, filmed inside the casualty ward of Goa Medical College (GMC) on June 7, was not shot by any media personnel. “The footage was recorded by the social media team of Health Minister Vishwajit Rane,” Naik stated, countering accusations against journalists regarding the controversial video.
