CANACONA: Officials from the Goa State Biodiversity Board recently met with Sara Shambha Desai, Chairperson of the Canacona Municipal Council (CMC), to review the work of the municipal biodiversity organization.
During the visit, Namrata Prabhudesai briefed the officials on the initiatives and projects undertaken by the Canacona Municipal Biodiversity Management Committee. Earlier, Dr. Varsha Hobble, Rajshree Nagvekar, Reshma Kerkar, and Samiksha Chari shared insights into the ongoing programs and activities of the Goa Biodiversity Board.
Members of the Shristhal Biodiversity Management Committee, Shirish Pai and Sanjay Komarpant, were also present during the discussions.
