PANAJI: Chief Minister Dr Pramod Sawant attended the NDA Chief Ministers’ Council Meeting in Chandigarh, chaired by Prime Minister Narendra Modi, on Thursday in Chandigarh.
The meeting deliberated on advancing good governance and ensuring the efficient delivery of public services.
Goa CM informed that the meeting reaffirmed NDA’s commitment to the vision of a Viksit Bharat by 2047. He also expressed certainty that Goa will play a crucial role in this national journey.
The Chief Minister also stated that Goa’s unique strengths in tourism, culture, industry, and innovation position it as a key contributor to India’s growth story.
He reiterated that the Goa government is dedicated to working towards an Atmanirbhar Bharat, promoting self-reliance, sustainability, and prosperity for all.
“Attended the NDA Chief Ministers’ Council Meeting in Chandigarh, chaired by Hon’ble Prime Minister Narendra Modi,” he said.
