NEW DELHI: Chief Minister Dr Pramod Sawant met Union Minister for Railways and IT, Ashwini Vaishnaw, to discuss the enhancement of Konkan Railway infrastructure.
The meeting focused on improving regional connectivity and strengthening the transport sector in Goa and along the Konkan corridor.
Sawant said the discussion was fruitful and expressed gratitude for the Union Minister’s positive response and continued support.
He said the central government’s backing would play a key role in fast-tracking critical infrastructure projects aimed at boosting economic growth and mobility in the region.
