PANAJI: The Government of Goa, together with Refyne, launched the Mukhyamantri Saral Pagar Yojna at Panjim Convention Centre today. The Refyne app is a new step to democratise financial wellness and empower individuals toward financial freedom.
While speaking at the launch, Chief Minister Dr. Pramod Sawant said that the Finance Department and Directorate of Accounts are working tirelessly to implement various schemes. “Sometimes some employees have the financial burden and take loans from Co-operative and Nationalised banks, use credit cards to meet their needs. But with Refyne app one can withdraw advance salary without paying any interest. Human Resource co-operation employees used this app and highly benefited from it. The Government of Goa has implemented this scheme,” he said. He further requested the officials from Finance and Accounts department to educate others about the scheme and smoothly implement it. The Director of Accounts Dilip Humraskar was also present at the launch.
The app can be downloaded without any hassle, and the registration process can be completed within seconds. The transaction fees of this app are nominal. The employees can withdraw money from the app between the 10th and to end of the current month.
The transaction report will be received to the respective DDO by the 10th of every month, eliminating the financial burden on the employees who need money in case of emergency.
