PANAJI: Chief Minister Pramod Sawant chaired a high-level review meeting at Mantralaya to take stock of the ongoing work on the Six-Lane Elevated Corridor (Porvorim Flyover).
The meeting was attended by Cabinet Minister Rohan Khaunte along with senior government officials.
The discussions focused on traffic diversion plans and the urgent need for repairs along the stretch.
Sawant issued directions to repair and restore the service lanes within a week to reduce inconvenience to commuters.
He further stated that review meetings would be conducted at regular intervals to monitor progress closely and expedite the execution of the project, which forms an important part of Goa’s highway network.
“I thank the people for their patience and support, and seek their continued cooperation as we work towards the speedy completion of this project,” said Chief Minister Pramod Sawant.
