PANAJI: Chief Minister Dr. Pramod Sawant chaired a key meeting titled “Sankalp Se Siddhi” to commemorate 11 years of the Modi Government and celebrate the significant progress made by the Double Engine Sarkar in Goa.
A major highlight of the meeting was the setting of an ambitious goal to empower 11,000 Lakhpati Didis— women achievers who have become financially self-reliant through various government-led self-employment and women empowerment schemes. This initiative aims to boost women’s economic independence and strengthen grassroots entrepreneurship across the state.
The event also witnessed the recognition and felicitation of individuals and teams who played a pivotal role in helping Goa achieve 100% targets in key development sectors including Kisan Credit Card coverage, Har Ghar Nal Se Jal water supply scheme, universal literacy, and more.
Through the “Sankalp Se Siddhi” initiative, the government reaffirmed its steadfast commitment to realizing the vision of a developed Goa and a developed India —Viksit Goa, Viksit Bharat
