ALTHINO: Annual Exhibition and social gathering of Goa College of Art organized was inaugurated by Director, Art and Culture Sagun Velip and Dr. Pandurang Phaldesai was present on the occasion.
Principal Wilfred Goes presented the annual report, highlighting the achievements of the college throughout the year.
This year’s exhibition and gathering were dedicated to two esteemed Goan luminaries, the renowned artist Francis Newton Souza and the respected scholar late Dr. Manohar Rai Sardessai.
Rich tributes were paid to both great personalities during the event.
Sunil Sardessai and Umesh Sardessai, were also present on the occasion.
The event saw the participation of students, parents, and alumni of the college, creating an atmosphere of celebration and reflection.
Both Sagun Velip and Dr. Pandurang Phaldesai expressed their admiration for the creative works displayed, commending the talent and dedication shown by the students.
