Panaji – With Goa connection now emerging in most Drug Cases, Investigation needs to be done on sudden death of former DGP Pranab Nanda last year and its likely connection to BJP-Drug Mafia nexus demanded GPCC president Girish Chodankar.
We demand that detailed investigation should be done of sudden death of former DGP of Goa Pranab Nanda who died of cardiac arrest in Delhi in November last year immediately after landing in Delhi. He was very efficient officer and was probing various drug related cases. He was fit and fine and had no reason to get a severe cardiac arrest, unless he had come under heavy pressure claimed Girish Chodankar.
We have learnt from highly reliable sources that the DGP Pranab Nanda had almost reached to final conclusion of one particular case wherein a businessman in coastal belt was blackmailed by Police Officer demanding huge amount from him with a threat of falsely involving him in a drug case. DGP Nanda, after receiving complaint from the said businessman had started departmental inquiry.
The BJP Government pressurised DGP Nanda to go slow on the investigation but he refused to do so and continued with inquiry in which one of the influential police officer was indicted and was above to be suspended.
It is to be probed whether Chief Minister Dr. Pramod Sawant or any other minister pressurised the late DGP to stop the inquiry as one former BJP MLA and top office bearers of BJP would have got exposed, which resulted in death of DGP Pranab Nanda stated Girish Chodankar. Telephone records of CM Sawant and his cabinet ministers and late Pranab Nanda can throw light on the case claimed Girish Chodankar.
As the Goa Drug Connection is now emerging from the death of film actor Sushant Singh Rajput, We demand that detailed investigation needs to be done of departed actors friend and producer of the Shri Narendra Modi biopic Sandeep Singh. His links with BJP top brass also needs to be probed thouroughly demanded Chodankar.
The claims of Minister Michel Lobo of having lot of information on drug trade & police and 100kg Ketamine drug siezure by (DIR) Directorate of Revenue Intelligence, Delhi from BJP office bearer Mr. Parab’s industrial unit in Sattari needs to be investigated on top priority which will establish BJP’s national and international network of Drug Mafia demanded Girish Chodankar.
